Our Values
Every Bible Study For Kids is created with foundational values that guide and lead our efforts in what we create and provide to you.
The last thing we want to do, which is of great judgement, is to lead anyone astray.

The Bible
We value the Bible. It is the inspired Word of God; the Truth. There is no higher standard and way of life than that of the scriptures contained in the Bible.

Accuracy
We value accuracy of scriptures in each Bible study. Personal opinion, false doctrine and teaching are prevalent as the Bible talks about.

Gospel
We value the Gospel. The Gospel is this: we are born sinners and in need of a Saviour. God sent His one and only Son, Jesus, to die for our sin. Jesus was buried, arose from the grave, and ascended to sit at the right hand of the Father. What Jesus did cleansed us from our sin and unrighteousness so that God could see us a righteous, forgiven and cleansed. As a result, we can now of our own choosing, have a personal relationship with God now and onto Heaven when we get there.

Creativity
We value creativity as children of God, who are uniquely created by our Creator. Each Bible study is thoughtfully, prayerfully and uniquely created to share the gospel in the Bible accuracy.
About Melanie
Hi, I'm Melanie, founder and creator of Bible Studies For Kids.
I worked for a homeschool store before I had kids, and the desire to create a faith-based material was burning in my heart.
I had the beautiful privilege of having 2 children. I served in teen's and kid's ministry at my local church, when out of a hardship that we experienced, my blog, Wildly Anchored, was born.
As I learned the ropes of being a parent, taking ownership of providing my kids a rich heritage of faith while they are with me, alongside providing for their daily needs, digging into the Bible with them was also primary.
I felt the call again to create a faith-based material for kids. That's when Bible Studies For Kids was born.
The Bible is the inspired Word of God; it's Truth and it's alive! It's a BIG book as well. So where do parent's start? How do we begin this journey of teaching our kids? I felt there could be a way to do it where the overwhelm could be minimized with some guidance. I also longed to teach kids about studying the Bible, without it feeling dry; that it could be explored in-depth with reading, questions, vocabulary, and scripture memory, along with some fun and engaging materials like music and activities.
Together with my husband, who proof-reads what I create, being a creator of Bible Studies For Kids brings together my favourite things: helping kids learn about Jesus, think creatively to provide unique materials to help the scriptures come alive and dig deeply into the Word myself to provide what I sense the Lord wants me to share with you... the precious families that cross this path and would consider these materials to be helpful in teaching their kids the Bible.
Now that my children are older and in their teens, our Bible studies have changed, though, the call to create Bible Studies For Kids hasn't.
